The Role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the creative engine behind our brand:
- Content Capture & Creation: Develop an annual content calendar and get into the field to capture photography and videography of our active projects and our people.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure our voice remains consistent, professional, and reflective of our core values across all social media platforms.
- Website & SEO: Manage website updates and optimize content for SEO, turning technical data into engaging blogs and case studies.
- Integrated Campaigns: Execute social strategy, email marketing, and webinars that align with our broader business goals.
- Strategic Growth: Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to keep us at the forefront of the construction markets.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 5 years in digital marketing, website content management, or social media (Construction/Engineering experience is a major plus).
- Skilled Creator: Proficient in multimedia content development, writing, and editing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tech-Fluent: Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing systems.
- Driven: Highly organized with an "owner’s" attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Local: Based in or willing to commute to our Smyrna, GA office.
