Job Title: Server at Ruby Tuesday
We are currently seeking a skilled and attentive Server to join our team at Ruby Tuesday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests following the CHARM service model.
- Learn the menu to explain offerings, make recommendations, and suggestively sell to Guests.
- Ensure orders are accurately recorded and input into the MICROS system in a timely manner.
- Deliver food to guests.
- Check back with guests, provide refills, and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an asset.
