What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intelligence Analyst / IA SME position at Ruchman and Associates, Inc?
Are you interested in being a part of a multi-government organization that maintains national security through active oversight and management of the USCG's Terrorist Watchlist? We are currently seeking Intelligence Analysts (IAs) and IA Subject Matter Experts in all experience levels to support the FBI's Terrorist Screening Center (TSC). As an IA or SME, your primary role will be to provide crucial intelligence used in terrorism screening, and to research information on known or suspected terrorists (KSTs) as well as persons associated with terrorism or terrorist activities. You will work with a team of over 200 analysts and SMEs across multiple units within the TSC.

- Extensive knowledge base in one (1) or more of the following disciplines: watchlisting, identity analysis, intelligence, law enforcement, United States military, and / or national security (counterterrorism, counterintelligence, transnational organized crime, and weapons of mass destruction) experience. You must have extensive knowledge in multiple disciplines listed above to qualify for higher level positions.
- Expert knowledge and mastery in the application of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness and/or the improvement of complex management processes, systems, and procedures.
- Mastery knowledge of applicable theories, principles, practices, approaches, and techniques of research, survey methodology, and analysis concepts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the range of national security and administrative laws, executive orders, directives, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of TSC programs.
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access and to pass a CI polygraph examination
