Position Summary: The Program Director is responsible for managing up to three houses. Each house has a program manager, coordinator, and between two to four persons served. This position is a key participant in weekly leadership meetings charting the course and progress of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Embrace the strategic direction of the organization and make decisions that fulfill our ultimate organizational goal – to be the community of choice for all stakeholders.
- Oversees the supervision of programming functions, schedules are maintained, and ensuring staffing.
- Provides supervision and training to program managers, coordinators, and direct support professionals.
- Ensures quality, performance, and efficiencies across programs.
- Prepares for and participates in annual licensing and relicensing meetings.
- Maintains and builds positive relationships.
- Assist human resources with completing investigations as needed.
- Visits programs supervised on a regular basis.
- Facilitates regular meetings with program managers.
*Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
