Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Osceola, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue by renting and selling new and used agricultural and construction equipment. Your success will depend on building and maintaining strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, and prioritize leads using our CRM database and market knowledge.
- Develop B2B relationships with area leaders and potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, responding to inquiries and needs outside normal business hours.
- Utilize core values to build trust in the marketplace and secure business.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in inside or outside sales, preferably in related industries.
- Previous experience in agricultural or construction sales is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license.
