FACS Developer / Analyst
FACS is Flexible Automated Collection Systems software that is owned by Finvi (formerly owned by Ontario Systems).
FACS Development / Analysis FACS is Flexible Automated Collection Systems software that is owned by Finvi (formerly owned by Ontario Systems).
o Formulate and define system scope and objectives
o Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
o Design, code, debug, test, document and maintain complex applications software.
o Write unit test plans and perform test runs.
o Research and resolve production problems.
o Perform moderate to high degrees of business analysis and / or technical analysis as required.
o Perform system migrations.
FACS Project / Release Activities
o Serve as technical lead on projects as required.
o Interacts with Navient technical team and business unit on regular basis
FACS Production Support, Troubleshooting
FACS Mentoring
o Mentor Navient Programmer / Analysts as required.
o Knowledge transfer to Navient Programmer / Analysts
