Your Mission:
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to drive membership sales sky-high, introducing newcomers to their first invigorating Rumble experience.
Perfect the art of follow-up and closing, treating each lead and booked intro class as a golden opportunity.
Champion the unique Rumble experience, offering tours and insights that resonate with individual aspirations.
Elevate your sales prowess to meet and surpass both personal and studio objectives.
Position Rumble as the ultimate fitness destination, a community where members find more than just a workout—they find belonging.
Engage in relentless outreach, from lead follow-ups to event networking, ensuring our presence is known as the go-to spot for surpassing wellness goals.
Maintain a pristine environment within the studio, both in the workout area, retail boutique and member lounge.
Organizing and restocking retail area, while also assisting customer with merchandise and product sales.
Your Toolkit:

Proficiency in contemporary tech tools, and a willingness to master our ClubReady software from the inside out.

Compensation & Benefits:
· Job Type: Part-time
· Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
· Bonus: 5% of new sales
