Junior Merchandiser
As the Junior Merchandise, you will work closely with factories and suppliers in China to better serve customers in US, especially for The Home Depot and LOWE’s. You are required to be Role models exceptional customer service, result oriented and think in terms of progress toward goals. Expected Tasks :
1.Follow up the fulfillment status of the order of The Home Depot and LOWE’s by cooperate with the 3PL, monitor EDI and manual billing.
2.Order management of retail customer and follow the product delivery, provide the delivery information to 3PL, as well as collect the Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery, etc.
3.Handle offline orders for The Home Depot and LOWE’s, including orders receiving, shipping, deduction, payments, etc. To deal with the deduction, quality issue via customer’s vendor system.
4.Track the invoice submission of The Home Depot, confirm the on time delivery in EDI, as well as make sure the accuracy and in time of invoice received by The Home Depot.
5.Handle urgent orders according to sales demand.
6.Communicate with The Home Depot regarding errors in order information, rate, quantity, and deduction issues.
7.Monitor sales report and trend to revise inventory plan.
8.Handle LWS / THD online order information and update inventory data on the Rithum / Commerce Hub.
9.Use the CRM / SAP to present the cargo document, invoice, billing etc.
Profile Required :
- 1-5 years of merchandising experience , previous experience with large retailer is beneficial.
- Familiar with Commerce Hub, Rithum, EDI, SAP and CRM.
- Ability to Learn and high job stability .
Salary :
4000-4500 / month,Benefit : Healthcare, KPI Bonus etc.
