The Rural Health Network of South Central New York (RHN) is initiating a search for our next Executive Director. RHN has a 25 year history of innovation and growth for both programs and revenue. With an average annual budget of $3 million and a staff of 25-30 skilled and dedicated employees, the Board of Directors is looking for a competent and committed leader with vision and passion for leading a well-respected agency and all aspects of rural life and communities.
Key attributes of preferred candidates include strong administrative management, experience with multiple & diverse revenue sources, solid - yet compassionate human resources, and commitment to partnering and collaboration. RHN is offering a very competitive compensation package with salary range of $90 - $105K and comprehensive benefits.
