JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing Physical Therapy (PT) service and is responsible for maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice, of both themselves and all assigned physical therapy assistance, in the provision of these services. Physical therapist will provide service to pediatric thru geriatrics in the settings of inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital, and the schools
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge & Experience
Skills-
Knowledge-
Orthopedic/Work Injury Management knowledge base.
Must have in-depth knowledge of principles, literature, standard practices, methods, and new developments in the area of Physical Therapy.
Knowledge of Work Injury Management systems and philosophy of care.
Education-
Graduate of a School of Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Experience-
Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
