Job Title: Technical Support Coordinator
Location: Mason, OH (HYBRID)
Pay range: $20 – 21/hr. on W2 (depending on experience/interview)
Duration: Contract Role (Possible Extension or Temp to Hire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday for the first 3 weeks in-person. Once training has been completed, will go home and work remotely 2 days a week and in office 3 days a week. Training hours will be 8-4:30 Monday-Friday. Once training is completed, shift will be Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm.
Job Description:
REMOTE deskside support CHAT- Training will be IN PERSON!
Basic Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows – able to trouble shoot application installs, windows machine system configurations (standard cpu and laptop)
Store Systems Support
Technical Support Coordinator
Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, basic hardware connectivity)
Basic Hardware and software application trouble shooting skills
Looking for candidates with strong empathy skills/retail background
