Responsibilities:
Process & Operations Management
- Oversee vehicle onboarding, offboarding, and inventory tracking processes.
- Manage license and title processes, registration tracking, renewals, and vehicle remarketing support.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop standardized responses/templates for customer agents to improve interaction quality.
- Create, publish, and maintain operational documents, job aids, and reference guides.
- Conduct regular reviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) for document accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with legal and brand standards in all documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process management or a related field.
- Proficiency in creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience facilitating meetings and driving collaboration.
- Fleet management experience.
- Familiarity with call center operations.
Rate/Salary: $20-23/Hour DOE
