Summary:
We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager to manage the strategy and development process at an eyewear multinational corporation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with a background in product development and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Line Management: Maintain product catalogs, technical line sheets for licenses, and data integrity in PLM systems. Support product development milestones.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for upper management, including monthly data reports and competitive market analysis. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and product reviews.
- Material Management: Assist with new material development, manage samples, and maintain material libraries. Prepare meeting materials, including sketches, color forms, and prototype kick-off forms.
- Support: Ensure smooth execution of product development processes and assist in cross-functional coordination across teams.
Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. in Merchandising Management, Product Development, or a related field
- 3 years of relevant work experience in product development or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
Must-Have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- 3 years of relevant experience in product development or a similar field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational, project management, and critical thinking skills
