Location : On-site, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068
Pay Range : $38-41 / hour DOE
Brief Summary : This role provides crucial support during the holiday season. The Visual Specialist will assist the Marketing / Visual Team in creating and maintaining visual merchandising displays, prepping stores for floor sets, and replacing visual elements as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement company-wide standards for visual merchandising displays and programs.
- Create and design product presentation guidelines.
- Coordinate and develop training materials to ensure display standards are communicated to visual merchandising staff.
- Prepare stores for floor sets, including setting fixtures and displays.
- Maintain and replace props and visual elements to ensure displays remain up-to-date.
- Support floorset teardowns, wall merchandising, and fixture settings in Lab Store.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or visual merchandising (a background in fashion merchandising is preferred).
- Demonstrated attention to detail, change agility, and accountability.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site with no option for remote work.
