Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers for temp roofer. In this role, you will assist in ripping of and reroofing a home in Rudd IA, ensuring project is completed efficiently and safely. As a Construction Laborer, you will be an essential part of our workforce, contributing to the successful completion of this residential projects.

Responsibilities

• ripping and replace roofing on home
• Perform general site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe working environment.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools .
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe worksite.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with coworkers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $10.00 - $25.78 per hour
