What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA - Home Health & Hospice position at RVNAhealth?
We are currently hiring for a part time or full-time CNA, for the Southern towns in Fairfield County (Bridgeport to Greenwich).
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a vital role in supporting professional nursing and other healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized care, assisting with health-related tasks, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for individuals who are sick or disabled at home. This position will consist of traveling to see numerous patients daily in the home environment throughout Southern Fairfield County.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold an active and valid CNA certification through the state of CT. We're looking for CNAs with exceptional care skills. Additionally, you should have successfully completed the competency evaluation required by licensure regulations for Home Health Agencies.
Previous experience in Hospice and Home Healthcare is preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to handle the unique challenges and provide compassionate care in these settings. In order to fulfill the responsibilities of this role effectively, you must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
