Position Overview
Searching for skilled Plant / Process Operators to support operations at the Tioga Gas Plant. These are rotational 7-on / 7-off positions, working in tandem to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient plant operations. As a key member of the operations team, you will work closely with the Control Room Technician and fellow operators to maintain optimal process performance, uphold safety standards, and support ongoing plant and sulfur recovery operations.

Searching for skilled Plant / Process Operators to support operations at the Tioga Gas Plant. As a key member of the operations team, you will work closely with the Control Room Technician and fellow operators to maintain optimal process performance, uphold safety standards, and support ongoing plant and sulfur recovery operations.
- Collaborate with Control Room Technicians and field teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations
- Conduct equipment surveillance and monitor process performance
- Support the safe execution of maintenance and commissioning activities
- Participate in permit-to-work processes, including serving as Area Operator (AO) and, when required, Isolating Authority (IA)
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and moving materials
- Maintain plant cleanliness and safe access to equipment areas
- Ensure accurate shift handovers through detailed daily log entries
- Communicate operational updates, issues, and priorities effectively across teams
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure product quality control through process adjustments
- Participate in emergency response and preparedness activities
- Prior operations or processing plant experience required (oil & gas experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, and shutdown logic diagrams
- Familiarity with safety management processes:
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

- Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS)
- High standard of safety, health, and environmental awareness
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in diverse team environments
- Physically capable of performing field duties safely and efficiently
