What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Integrity Specialist position at RWJBarnabas Health?
The Data Integrity Specialist supports the Patient Access Department Leadership with key operational, and revenue cycle reporting functions. The Data Integrity Specialist provides direct and indirect support to management team by analyzing key performance indicators, track and trend data to identify issues.
The Data Integrity Specialist will utilize revenue cycle reports to analyze data, research root causes and assist in the development of action plans to improve processes and eliminate the loss of revenue. The role will play a key part in driving the success of the Revenue Cycle KPIs by utilizing data to identify and resolve issues within the Patient Access and overall Revenue Cycle Operations. The analyst will create reports for distribution to Patient Access leadership and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center s executive team. They will be responsible to communicate findings and outcomes to the Revenue Cycle Committee.
QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years in management/leadership role
Knowledge in all aspects of Patient Access work flows
Advanced Excel experience required
Medical terminology and computer skills
