RWK Services, a nationwide green certified building service provider, is currently hiring for a part time cleaning Supervisor for an office building in Broadview Hts., Ohio the schedule is Monday through Friday 5:30pm - 9:30pm.
Major responsibilities include:
- Supervising the work of cleaning staff at a specific building(s)
- Initiate or follow-up on quality/building inspections
- Assist through training and orienting new employees on specific buildings
- Assist in covering open positions when necessary
- Maintain cleaning supplies and materials & ensure proper usage.
Requirements:
- Previous office cleaning experience is required
- Be detail-oriented
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
- Be able to work independently and still get the job done
- Pass a pre-employment background check by both the employer and site location.
- Physically able to walk, stand, repetitive bending forward, push/pull objects, repetitive lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs, kneeling down, reaching & grasping, repetitive arm movements and occasional climbing
