Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Project Executive to join our team in Austin !

Some things you can expect to do:
- Develop and build relationships with potential clients and current customers.
- Make effective and convincing formal sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
- Responsibly delegate work to others while prioritizing and balancing big picture and immediate responsibilities.
- Display leadership skills and assure your team is carrying out work promptly and effectively.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Ryan business model and promote innovation within Ryan.
- Collaborate with other leads to balance workload between sectors and divisions.
- Resolve conflicts with win-win solutions.
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management and at least 15 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi-family experience preferred). You will also have a proven track record managing Project Management teams successfully and willing to travel for projects.

- Understand local construction markets and have advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control and material pricing.
