We are not simply seeking an individual to oversee our service of vehicles, we are in need of a customer service expert that can uphold the standard of service our customers and employees deserve.
We are searching for an Automotive Service Manager to take our Service Department and Customer Experience to a higher level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure exceptional service experiences are provided to every customer
- Have a fierce focus on department CSI
- Responsible for the operations, personnel, marketing, and profitability of the Service Department
- Motivate, coach, train, and develop employees
- Forecast sales, gross profits, and expenses
- Stay current on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures and serve as a liaison with the
- Work cohesively with the Parts Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts
- Willingness to work with a diverse client base and exceed expectations of those clients
- Utilization of dealership software to monitor and manage production
- Analyze information and evaluate alternatives to resolve issues and make sound, timely decisions.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and management.
- Regular upkeep of product trainings and brand certifications
- Support and abide by company policies, procedures, and ethical conduct
- Maintain our company’s mission statement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of automotive service experience
- Superior client relations skills
- Prior experience as a service advisor or service manager preferred
- Must be able to positively manage and motivate a team consistently
- Current driver’s license and a clean driving record must be provided at time of hire
- Ability to pass drug and background checks.
