Preconstruction Coordinator
Responsible for managing a variety of tasks and responsibilities related to the bid process from initial invitation to bid closure by won or loss.
This person will need to work in person out of in our Noblesville, IN.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze bid information to determine project type and scope and release for final determination by the Estimating Team.
- Respond to bid invitations as requested.
- Research bid opportunities and present findings to Estimating team for evaluation.
- Maintain company bid calendar by logging all invitations to bid, updating bid information as necessary and initiating pending list.
- Process weekly pending list for distribution to Estimating Team.
- Obtain bid documents (specification, addendums, plans) by downloading/ordering and printing required documentation as requested.
- Conduct weekly estimating meetings to discuss bid scheduling and strategy.
- Perform advanced administrative support to Estimating Team to ensure timely and accurate bid tracking, coordination and execution.
- Maintain bid files and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Completion of special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
