Responsibilities:- Follow up on all leads in a timely manner
- Discover the needs/wants of the buyers, find homes that match their criteria, and show the homes
- Be the expert and trusted advisor in all things real estate
- Be teachable to learn from some of the best
- Passionate about selling
- TX real estate license or willing to get one
- Strong money motivation
