RYCOE Enterprises Inc. is looking to expand our team with an experienced full-time Heavy Equipment Operator. Sign-on bonus $1,000!! (subject to time in position requirements)

Deliverables:
· Read project blueprints to create a plan and effectively communicate the scope of project & applicable responsibilities to crew members
· Organize equipment, tools and job site materials to ensure effective and efficient workflows.
· Shoot grade and operate heavy equipment safely, efficiently and to industry standards
· Train crew members to ensure efficiency, quality & safety
· Collaborate with crew and clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
· Provide daily updates to Operations manager to address & resolve any concerns
· Complete required company paperwork and safety documentation
Skills and Requirements:
· 5 years experience operating Heavy equipment
· Ability to effectively communicate with crew members and customers
· Valid NYS Driver’s License required and a CDL class A license is a plus!
· Proven ability to tow & back up equipment trailers; safely load, unload & secure equipment in accordance with industry standards/regulations
· Proven ability to safely, properly and efficiently use power tools and equipment such as lasers, demo saws, heavy equipment & attachments
· Ability to read blueprints and create a work plan; a plus to have experience operating GPS systems
· Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box with a keen attention to detail
· Willingness to continue to grow skills & knowledge of the company & industry
Compensation:
· Hourly rate of pay - $28.00 to $40.00 depending on experience
(Prevailing wages paid as determined by project)
