In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the guest with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success, offering online and in-store training programs, to not only help you grow in your job but also your career. Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
- Maintain up to date knowledge of brand specific technologies; both current and upcoming
- Engage directly with guests who reach out with car buying questions
- Answer guest questions about vehicle features and technology
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, text, and live chat inquiries
- Help guests find the best vehicle that fits their lifestyle need
- Keep positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and all dealership teammates
