What You'll Do:
As a Junior Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business growth. From prospecting new leads to closing deals, you'll learn every step of the sales cycle while building strong relationships with decision-makers. You'll work alongside a small, high-performing team that values collaboration, hustle, and innovation.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Learning the foundations of B2B sales
- Prospecting and nurturing new business accounts
- Building lasting client relationships and supporting account growth
- Applying proven sales techniques to meet and exceed goals
- Participating in ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development
- Contributing to a strong, positive team culture and celebrating wins
- Representing Ryse as we grow our presence across the Bay Area
What We're Looking For

- An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
- 0–3 years in a customer-facing, sales, or service role
