About the Community Manager Role

As a Community Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our premier multifamily properties, ensuring financial success, resident satisfaction, and a thriving team culture. You will be responsible for leading your team, managing budgets, executing marketing strategies, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Financial Management – Oversee leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and delinquency management while meeting financial goals.

Resident Experience & Retention – Foster a strong sense of community by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention.

Leadership & Team Development – Recruit, onboard, mentor, and empower team members, cultivating a culture of excellence and engagement.

Marketing & Leasing Strategy – Implement strategic marketing plans to maximize occupancy, revenue growth, and resident engagement.

Property Maintenance & Compliance – Ensure the community is well-maintained, overseeing supplier contracts, preventative maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.

Client & Stakeholder Relations – Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, delivering timely reporting and performance updates.

Risk & Crisis Management – Organize and implement emergency preparedness plans, managing safety initiatives and risk mitigation efforts.

Other duties as assigned – Contribute to company-wide initiatives, special projects, and innovation efforts.

What You Bring to the Team

Education – High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience – 2 years of property management experience, including direct leadership and operational oversight.

Technical Skills – Proficiency in ResMan (or equivalent), Microsoft Office Suite, and Anyone Home CRM platform.

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills – Strong ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.

Customer Service Excellence – Passion for creating positive resident experiences and handling challenging situations with professionalism.

Attention to Detail & Organization – Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Other duties as assigned

Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance is required
