Job Summary : As RYSEs Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to support RYSEs marketing efforts through developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans aimed at enhancing overall brand visibility and driving profitable growth.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growthDirect and oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all marketing channels ensuring alignment with the companys visionCreate and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various mediums including digital, social media, email, print, and eventsLead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to support individual and departmental successManage the marketing budget and resource allocation to effectively optimize ROIMonitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and data-driven insights to evaluate impactConduct market research to identify customer insights, trends, competitive brands, and target audience segmentationRemain informed of new marketing techniques and technologies to maximize brand visibility and engagementEducation and Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related fieldExperience in a senior marketing or director of marketing positionDemonstrated success in launching marketing campaigns increasing the brand / companys revenue and valueStrong technical knowledge of digital marketing platforms and avenuesAble to work at a desk / on a computer for up to 8 hours a dayStandout Qualifications :
Advanced degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related fieldExperience executing marketing strategies for food and beverage brandsExcellent communication and organizational skillsPersonal passion for health and wellnessWhat we offer :
