As an S&G Fountain Drink Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and quality of commercial S&G soda fountain equipment. Your responsibilities will include the safe disassembly, thorough cleaning, repair, and reassembly of beverage dispensing units.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow detailed instructions based on customer and company specifications
- Safely disassemble soda fountain units using hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Clean and sanitize all components to meet quality standards
- Inspect, repair, or replace defective parts as necessary
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Polish and refinish stainless steel surfaces
- Reassemble units and conduct operational testing and quality control checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Capable of performing detailed mechanical work requiring fine motor skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work under team leadership
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
