Parts Counter Salesperson
We are seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to join our Lockwood team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting for a local farm equipment, powersports, and lawn/garden dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Research parts online and look up schematics
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in agriculture, sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Computer and spreadsheet knowledge
Some Saturdays will be required, occasional overtime should be expected. Competitive wages with great benefit package including paid health insurance, paid time off, 401(k).
