We are currently seeking a Service Writer to become a part of our Joplin service department! Your responsibilities will revolve around creating working relationships with customers, serving their equipment repair needs.

We are currently seeking a Service Writer to become a part of our Joplin service department! Your responsibilities will revolve around creating working relationships with customers, serving their equipment repair needs.
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication and tracking of open work orders
- Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses
- Schedule service jobs, monitor service progress, lookup parts, calculate charges and make quotes
- Manage complaints and resolve customer grievances
- Record customer details and transactions
- Serve as a customer relationship manager
- Checking equipment in and out of service
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and excel skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
Some Saturdays will be required, occasional overtime should be expected. Competitive wages with great benefit package including paid health insurance, paid time off, 401(k).
