Accountant Full Time
S.J. Louis Construction has an immediate opportunity for a Full-Time Accountant to join a growing team in our Rockville, MN location.

Here's what you'll do:
- Be involved in all aspects of the Organization's accounting functions working within our team of Accountants
- Monthly financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Work directly with the Operations group (Project Managers, Estimators to improve operational efficiencies)
- Account reconciliations, maintain audit schedules, ensuring audit and regulatory compliance
- Prepare management reports using Vista Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel, and Crystal Reports
- Work Directly with the Controller and CFO on projects as needed
Do you have the qualifications we are looking for?
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business-related field
- 3 Years progressive Accounting experience with a background in Construction or Manufacturing preferred
- Proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Demonstrated experiences of performing functions efficiently and accurately
- Possess a strong desire for a continuous learning environment
- Ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with owners, senior managers, and all other employees
- Must have integrity and discretion in safeguarding confidential information
- Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook is required. Experience with Vista Viewpoint and Crystal Report writing is a plus!
