Summary

We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team at S. M. Bhatt DDS Inc. This role is essential in facilitating patient treatment plans and ensuring smooth communication between patients and dental staff. The Treatment Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing patient experiences and contributing to our commitment to excellent dental care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure all necessary information is communicated effectively.
• Assist patients with understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to treatment plans.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups to ensure timely care for patients.
• Collaborate with dental staff to streamline office operations and improve patient flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.

Requirements

• Experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dental procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in medical administrative support is a plus.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
