- Previous Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are a must. As well as reliable transportation to jobsite in and around the greater Ellsworth area.
- Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications.
- Communication Skills: Good Communication skills to interact with owner, crews, and clients.
- Team player: Ability to work well within crews and take direction from supervisors.
- Basic Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with basic roofing tools and equipment
- Safety Awareness: Strong understanding for safety protocols and the ability to follow them strictly.
