Description
S&S Firestone, Inc. is one of the largest tire distributors in the U.S, with over 1 million square foot of inventory. S&S Tire has over 550 employees across 18 states, with business focusing on three business sectors: Wholesale, Commercial and Retread. We are looking to add an Account Manager to our Kentucky Regional Sales Team.
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll work to hit yearly sales and profit goals while keeping great relationships with customers in your territory. You’ll help them by sharing product info, offering insights into the tire industry, and supporting their day-to-day needs. This includes helping with warranty and adjustment claims, coordinating supply chain issues, and handling collections when needed.

Job Responsibilities:
· Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
· Engage with multiple customers daily by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
· Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
· Record changes to customer accounts, update service packages, add accounts, and remove accounts as needed
· Achieve monthly sales and business plan targets for the assigned territory
· The position requires 75-100% daily travel within the territory, with occasional overnight trips. This is a local role based in Lexington, KY and surrounding areas
· Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager

Requirements
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred
· At least 2 years of experience in outside sales
· Account management experience of 1 year or more is preferred
· Preferred experience of 2 years in tire sales
· Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel
· Proven ability to maintain accurate records and manage CRM databases
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strategic thinking
