Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and persuasive Cold Calling Specialist to connect with real estate brokers and property managers in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales calls, be self-motivated, and possess excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods is highly preferred to better engage with prospects.
The focus will be on selling affordable staging packages tailored for brokers and their clients. These packages are designed to enhance property appeal and make listings more marketable. Specific details about the staging options and pricing will be provided during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Make 50–100 outbound calls per day to real estate brokers based on a provided list.
- Use provided scripts to introduce services and generate interest.
- Leverage knowledge of Manhattan and Brooklyn areas to build rapport with brokers.
- Log call details and feedback accurately.
- Follow up with warm leads as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in discussing Manhattan and Brooklyn properties (preferred).
- Ability to meet daily/weekly call targets.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
