Leasing Specialist
S2 Residential is looking to hire Leasing Specialists who are idea makers, boundary pushers, problem solvers, and forward thinkers. Our ideal candidates will be creative, resourceful, and fearless in the pursuit of closing leases! Preferred Superpower – Mindreading! Leasing Specialist Responsibilities (Not all inclusive):
- Lease. Lease. Lease!
- Exceed our future and current resident experience. Engage with them!
- Greet, tour, show, close on all qualified future residents.
- Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualification standards.
- Perform outreach and online marketing. Engage and participate in Resident Events.
- Manage fair housing, regulatory and compliance related services.
Leasing Specialist Requirements:
- 1 year experience in multifamily leasing, or 2 years’ experience in customer service experience plus have our preferred superpower – Mindreading!
- Idea maker, boundary pusher, problem solver and must be a forward thinker with a positive attitude ~ Always!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
Additional Requirements:
- Must hold valid Driver’s License and Auto Liability Insurance (required)
- Must have reliable transportation. This position will need to utilize personal transportation to get to work on time, tour the surrounding neighborhood, perform outreach marketing, and other activities as needed to generate traffic.
- Bilingual a plus
