Job Description
As a Resource Management Coordinator, your primary role is to facilitate and support the day-to-day resourcing operations of our specialized agency disciplines. Oftentimes you will be in the center of complex initiatives where you will assist the Resource Management department in balancing availability of a wide variety of skillsets such as: strategists, paid media specialists, analytics experts, designers, copywriters, producers, and more. You will be an advocate for resources to have balanced workloads across their portfolio, and support as a change agent to drive process adoption. You will have access to both live and historical data in which you will learn to craft thoughtful storytelling using the information. As a member of the Resource Management team, you will be part of a larger connective tissue that serves as the central hub of knowledge across disciplines, specialties, processes, and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn and become an expert in understanding agency disciplines and resource skillsets such as: Creative, Production, Strategy, Analytics, Media, Client Operations, etc.
- Learn and become expert in utilizing the agency resourcing tools as well as ensure the tools are up to date with current needs.
- Support intake and resource coordination efforts amongst department leads and the Resource Management team to ensure projects are staffed effectively and efficiently with the most appropriate individuals.
- Help produce reports to illustrate utilization, variance to plan, and weekly/monthly allocations across agency teams.
- Monitor status of projects with regards to timing and project changes. Provide forecasting of potential needs.
- Alert and assist the Resource Management team by proactively identifying upcoming hiring/staffing needs.
- Establish and forge partnerships with departmental leads and key stakeholders via effective communication.
- Support in building and improving upon processes, procedures, and documentation and help with rollout of department and/or agency wide process improvements.
- Support with agency and departmental org charts.
- Track and approve timesheets across the agency.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an operation, project management, resource management, and/or data or business analytics related field.
- College degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Able to gathers and analyze information skillfully.
- Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, escalating as necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Compensation Range: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
