Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Museum/Art Studio Manager located in Wailuku, HI. The Museum/Art Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the studio and museum, including managing schedules and staff, coordinating exhibitions and events, and maintaining studio equipment and supplies. Additionally, the Manager will handle administrative duties such as budgeting, reporting, and community outreach to engage visitors and promote the art studio.
Qualifications
- Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Teaching skills
- Experience in Art Education and Painting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Art Education, Museum Studies, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
