What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jury Trial Focus Group position at Sabbeth Law, PLLC?
We are looking for Chittenden County, Vermont residents to participate in a jury trial focus groups.
These focus group is about a real case that will be going to trial. Interested participants must be willing to listen to the facts of the case, discuss with fellow “jurors”, and give us honest feedback. You may be asked to deliberate and reach a verdict.
The focus group will be held Friday, February 13, 2026 and will begin at 10:00 am and run until no later than 5:00 pm.
The meeting will take place Burlington, Vermont. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your selection and acceptance.
Breakfast, Lunch, and a half hour break will be included.
Participants will be paid $25/hr by PayPal or paper check.
Specific location will be provided upon approval of your application and confirmation of your willingness to participate. To be eligible, you must be:
- 18 years old or older, live in Vermont
- Have a valid VT driver’s license
- Be willing to share your thoughts and feelings about the material presented.
Because this is a real case, participants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Your personal information will also be kept confidential. The application period will run from Tuesday, January 27 through Sunday, February 8. Participants who have been selected will be notified on Monday, February 9 and asked to confirm their attendance at that time.
