The Hospital/Clinical Liaison is responsible for managing referrals and business development for their accounts and area. Maintaining excellent customer service is our goal.You will meet with referrals and or family to ensure positive admission experience for customers and families. Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local healthcare markets.
Education & Responsibilities
- Experience in skilled nursing facility admission/ marketing and referral assessments.
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Have clinical knowledge and be able to read referrals, assess patient needs and assist in making clinical acceptance decisions for our communities.
- Work to grow market share by increasing conversions from hospitals to our communities.
- Provide onsite support at hospitals and assist potential clients with making their community of choice and assist case management with finding the appropriate skilled nursing community for their referrals.
- Engage facilities with the communities they serve by providing outreach programs to local senior organizations and senior living communities.
- Work with communities to build and work business development plans to achieve census goals as well as increase referral sources and overall market share.
- Clinical background preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in long-term care required.
- Full-Time Opportunity Available

- Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per year (based on experience and skillset)
