Sadler Health Center is recruiting for a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner join our team.
As our Family medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will support our Mission to advance the health of our community by providing comprehensive primary care to those in our community who may not have access to care otherwise.
You will be part of a team-oriented model as Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic medical services to Sadler patients in the community. This may also include making referrals to Dental, Behavioral Health and Case Management or other specialties or resources.
Our Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner must have a valid license in PA, hold an active Board Certification, DEA certificate, and an active BLS certificate. We also require a minimum of 24 months experience working with a Primary Care or Internal Medicine practice.
