What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Sadoff Iron & Metal Company?
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for weighing all inbound and outbound truck loads from our Fond du Lac, WI facility. The Customer Service Representative also serves as a Sadoff Brand Ambassador by being the first contact many of our customers have with Sadoff.
A high level of internal and external customer service is expected. The successful candidate must also be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers including the public, transportation, operations, and management. 2-way radio communication with operations is often required.
Computer and data entry skills are required. The proper weighing of inbound and outbound trucks including entry of truck and container numbers and selecting correct orders are a large portion of this position. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is a must.
The successful candidate will have the ability to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks at once, and complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail.
