The role of the Receiving Coordinator
The Receiving Coordinator is a part of a fast-paced team that is responsible for receiving all products into the QAD system. This includes unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming merchandise and supplies.
What your day-to-day will look like:

- Strong understanding of the basics of hospital pharmacy operations and how Safecor Health’s repackaging and bar-coding services integrate into each customer’s operations and supply chain to address their specific needs and business requirements.
- Internal Communications: Utilize email, phone, and HubSpot to communicate with Customer Service about problem orders that may need customer attention or clarification.
- Examine contents of incoming products and compare with records such as manifests, invoices or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
- Receive orders into QAD system, based on the customer’s service preferences.
- Make outbound calls to wholesalers to report discrepancies
- Receive in-bound orders in Safecor Health’s system.
- Coordinate and separate received goods per production area.
- Maximize productivity by priority receiving in areas low on pending work.
- Work with wholesalers to return product in a timely manner.
- Supports all other functions and business goals as needed to meet company objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Certified Pharmaceutical Technician desired
- High School Degree/GED required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Customer focused with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customer service team and wholesaler contacts both verbally and in written communications
- Possess good understanding of drug descriptions and NDC number configurations
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Initiative and Accountability: Results oriented, acceptance of responsibility, willingness to follow through on assignments and recognition of need for any appropriate action
- Excellent verbal, phone, PC and interpersonal skills with a very positive, accurate and solution-oriented approach to communications
- Strong record of attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Microsoft 365 Suite

Salary : $33,600 - $42,500
