Part Time Resident Advocate
Job Duties:
Interview and complete intake forms when new residents arrive.
Provide concerned listening when needed by residents and make referrals to needed resources.
To stay informed about residents goal plans in order to support them.
Complete progress notes concerning needs and goals of residents.
Maintain safe, peaceful and harmonious environment.
Assist in organization and cleanliness of facility.
Answer crisis line calls.
Job Requirements:
Must have the ability to: work unsupervised, remain calm and make common sense decisions, have sensitivity to others problems. Receptive to training. Willing to learn. Able to do multiple tasks. Some computer skills necessary.
