Role Overview:
We are looking for a Planning Associate( Internally known as Planning & Reserving Associate) to join our dynamic team in the Planning & Reserving Department. Reporting to the AVP – Planning & Reserving, you will support all aspects of the Company’s planning and reserving functions, working collaboratively across departments.

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and updating plan exhibits.
- Coordinate plan updates with stakeholders and other departments.
- Compile data to analyze budget versus actual results.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial projections.
- Assist in tying out actuarial reserve analyses and preparing summary documents.
- Maintain appropriate documentation within the document repository system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the AVP – Planning & Reserving.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Beginner-level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Limited knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent productivity.
- Accounting degree.
- Experience with Planful software.
- Prior exposure to communicating with senior leadership.
