From program inception to delivery and beyond, you'll manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure projects stay on track. The starting pay range for this position is $112,000 to $144,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee product and service performance, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage design and development processes from program inception to product delivery
- Daily maintenance and performance management for product and service deliveries
- Drive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time delivery
- Oversee external and internal data preparation and collection for projects
- Prepare cost justifications, recommend priorities, generate schedules, and develop solutions to customer issues
- Represent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insights
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in a program or project management role
- 5 years of experience managing and delivering complex programs within the aerospace industry highly preferred
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience with the delivery and management of products and services
- Experience with fostering strong relationships with external customers
- Experience with project management or project scheduling
- Experience working with cross-functional groups
