What You’ll Do:
As an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you’ll serve as a key ambassador for our clients. You’ll engage directly with potential customers, learn their needs, and guide them toward the best-fit solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly and build trust will be essential in delivering value and representing the brands we work with at the highest standard.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Cultivating new client relationships and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales journey
- Identifying customer pain points and offering tailored product solutions that align with their goals
- Supporting clients after the initial sale to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Working closely with team leads to track KPIs and continuously improve outreach techniques
- Meeting and exceeding sales performance goals and conversion targets
- Staying informed on client product offerings and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Following all internal protocols to ensure customer data is handled with care and confidentiality
