Overview
- Full Time Hygienist in Jacksonville, FL
- 4-5 days per week, Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday
- 7:45am-5:00pm
- Sage Dental of Jacksonville Midtown: 2797 St Johns Bluff Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32246
- Hourly Rate or Percentage of Production (whichever is greater)
- Benefits: Medical Insurance, 401k, Vision, PTO, etc.
Qualifications
- State Hygiene License
