Overview

We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join the Practice Integration Team at Sage Dental! This role will focus on acquired dental clinics, from practice setup in preparation for a grand opening, pre & post-close support through systems conversion, and training as the subject matter expert for all operational processes. If you are highly organized, have clinical and operational experience, enjoy training, and understand change management and the importance of creating rapport with others, this role is for you. This position requires up to 90% travel time. Travel is non-negotiable and the selected individual must reside in Florida, Georgia or Tennessee. Responsibilities

  • Train new practice teams on Sage Dental processes and systems.
  • Facilitate and implement training to help clinics maximize their financial and operational results, office workflow improvements, and systems.
  • Organize a training curriculum that honors company ethics and conduct that is engaging and allows trainees the maximum opportunity to participate.
  • Provide on-site and remote support throughout the assignment, during the turnover period & grand opening, pre & post-close through systems conversion, practice stabilization, and hand-off to the Director of Market Operations.
  • Actively participate in assessing and creating a comprehensive onboarding and integration plan for joining practices.
  • Complete documentation to demonstrate achievement of integration objectives and notable aspects of practice transition.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of training materials, ensure all resources are current and accurate and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
  •  Actively participate in the setup and operational launch of new clinics, as applicable.
  • Meticulous management of checklists on various projects.
  • Act as a resource, representative, and mentor for others to assist in the understanding of the new policies and operations processes.
  • Interact, communicate, and build strong relationships with a varied spectrum of individuals and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Travel to assigned locations, with overnight stays as needed.
  • Other projects and initiatives as needed to promote the needs of the organization to support business growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree, certification, Dental related experience
  • Operational experience within a dental office, three years preferred
  • Knowledge of Dentrix, SoftDent, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, others a plus
  •  Comfortable with public speaking in various learning settings, both in-person and remote.
  • Ability to create and present complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Close attention to detail and organization in all aspects of your work.
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others regardingprofessional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change.
  • Change management: Understand the importance of creating rapport with team members undergoing change and assisting them in feeling at ease for their upcoming PMS conversion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
  • Passion for training others.
